Ceremony Details:

  • An enchanting lakeside ceremony with two arches that can be stylishly decorated
  • An indoor ceremony can be substituted for outdoor
  • A ceremony rehearsal the day before
  • A professional wedding coordinator can be arranged
  • A lavish bridal changing suite full of mirrors and a long granite vanity top
  • A groom’s changing room to be used before the wedding
  • Private access to the restroom from the bridal suite
  • Independently controlled music in both changing rooms
  • Power arrangements at the ceremony site for music, and sound equipment that can be rented

Reception Details:

To be held at our manor with a spacious, attached covered patio for the authentic indoor/outdoor experience
Intimate reception seating at 60” round tables for you guests

Pricing for Elegant Essentials:

Starting at $2,395 for 100 Guests

Details:


Events are eight hours
(One hour for rehearsal, two hours for setup and pre wedding photography, 1/2 hour for wedding, four hours for reception, and ½ hour for farewell, guest departure and cleanup)

Capacity is up to 250 guests

$350 refundable security deposit required


$1,000 non-refundable deposit is required at signing to hold date and is applied to balance
Monthly payments due by 15th of each month
Final balance due 60 days prior to event
